Job description
The Service Delivery Manager(SDM) is responsible for day to day management of Atos services delivered to the client. The SDM interfaces with both the client and internal teams to:
- oversee response to service requests and infrastructure incidents
- ensure technical team(s) engagement for incident resolution
- communicate status to client and Atos management
- facilitate SLA and operational reporting including metrics and capacity management
- ensures compliance with IT change processes and communicates changes to clients
- participate in meetings with the client to discuss IT requirements, issues, projects, and status of
action items.
- ensure documentation is maintained and delivered to client.
Desired profile
The SDM requires a broad understanding of IT with experience in delivering services for data center (Servers, SAN, Backups, DR) servers, and networks (routers, switches, firewalls, circuits). Also required:
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- ability to interface with a geographically diverse team of technical resources to deliver services
- presentation skills with experience presenting to various levels within an organization
- Ability to interface with clients and drive high customer satisfaction
- MS Office competency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and positive attitude
Job is based on client site in Houston with requirement to be on-site full time.
