Within Atos Belgium we are currently growing our SAP Practice and are looking for a SAP Senior HR Consultant to join our team!
The role
Many of our current projects entail redefining existing SAP landscapes to S4. From an HR perspective the team works on the ground breaking building and delivering of next-generation HR applications and services to our clients. As a SAP HR Consultant you will use your HR process knowledge and experience to help our clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today. It’s an exciting role that will vary with each different project, but fundamentally you will be involved in the presales, design, specification, build, test and/or go-live phases of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM S4 projects at each client.

• Implementation and roll out of a full SF scope in 40 countries
• Implementation of HCM payroll in large European and international institutions • Implementation of SF Employee Central at a finance company
• Implementation of a hybrid SAP and SuccessFactors HR and Talent Management solution
• Implementation at airline company of SF Employee Profile, P&G, C&B
• Managing SF Learning, Recruitment for a chemical company
• Managing SF Compensation for a chemical company
• Implementing SAP Fiori Time writing App for a chemical company
• Implementing SAP SF P&G, Recruitment, C&B, Learning within Atos for over 100.000 employees!
• In all over 350+ successful full life cycle projects
