SAP Senior CO Consultant

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Provide support for SAP ECC and S/4 HANA system. - Respond to and support customers regarding their technical inquiries, following instruction provided through training, ongoing management and updated guidance as needed.
·  Research, utilize available documentation and instruction to resolve, or escalate as appropriate, questions received via telephone calls, ITSM-integrated emails, and ITSM- integrated chat, providing support on the computing and collaboration environment, including the following systems, platforms, or technology.
·  Participate in training workshops as needed. - Utilize ticketing system to classify, prioritize and enter details of each working interaction within required fields.
·  Participate in Team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of SAP Support service.
·  Provide root cause analysis and issue resolution.
·  Designing, implementing & testing several financial processes for the different improvement tracks & corrective maintenance tasks.
·  When custom development is required, you will be able to work together with assigned developers from the development team.
·  Areas concerned are Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Cost Controlling.
·  Based on your experience you will be able to take the lead in a number of these areas.

 

Requirements:

 

·  3-5 years of SAP Support experience and implementation projects.
·  Knowledge of SAP CO module and processes, including logistic integration.
·  Can speak clearly, communicate effectively, read, and write in English.
·  Maintain effective oral and written communication skills and a customer-focused manner (e.g., correct, polite, helpful, service oriented, and understanding).
·  Experience in root cause analysis and ticket resolution.
·  You have over 3 years in the field as a SAP FICO Consultant or SAP FICO Application Specialist.
·  You have a solid knowledge in SAP CO and FI.
·  Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.
·  Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.

 

Nice to have:

 

·  Your hands-on experience with data migration tools, especially LSMW, speaks volumes about your practical skills. A basic understanding of ABAP adds an extra layer of proficiency.
·  You embrace challenges with a strategic technical mindset, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
·  You thrive in collaborative settings where effective communication holds equal importance to technical expertise.
