Job description

Job Description This resource will be part Offshore security support service group as a Security Consultant based out of Pune/Mumbai. Resource should be flexible to work in 24x7 or in North American Time Zone. He will also drive BAU actives in day to day operations and make sure things are running as required Resource will take part in troubleshooting activities during work. Off work time to provide better support and as per customer expectations.

Desired profile

Technical Skills 2-3 years Experience Qualys scanning 2-3 years Experience on Symantec Endpoint Protection 2-3 years Experience Vulnerability Management Process and life Cycle (Qualys/Nessus/Rapid , Etc) Coordination with Server, Application and other support functions Generation, Comparison and report tracking skills. Basic network/Security tool knowledge In-depth Understanding of IT security Working knowledge of Windows, Unix and network OS Experience with customer interaction and phone troubleshooting using remote access tools Working knowledge of anti-virus tool install and troubleshooting Knowledge on Antivirus Tool, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Management will be add on Able to learn new technologies and acquire skill as per customer requirement/Projects
