Your job in a nutshell: 

The Risk and Internal Control Coordinator (RICC) is responsible to lead and facilitate all audits within the GEOs (CAP, ISAE, ISO & GIA), ensure all audits are tracked, root cause analysis established and findings remediated. In this capacity you will make sure the Atos IT Control Framework (ITCF) requirements are correctly implemented in Atos. ​

 

What will you be doing:

·  Ensure quality and integrity of the ISAE/CAP/ISO performed audits
·  Make certain that all ISAE/CAP/ISO audits are tracked
·  Facilitate all audits as the single point of contact (CAP, ISAE, ISO & GIA) between internal and external auditors, data centre managers, account service teams, business continuity, technical experts, service managers at local, regional and global level​
·  Responsible for preparation of the audit plans, opening meeting presentation, closing meeting, final audit report, to evaluate and assess, correctly, impartially and with confidentiality, the evidence presented during the ISAE/CAP/ISO/GIA audits performed​
·  Ensure the conformity of the implementation of the Atos processes and their documentation, the applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements against the requirements of the Atos IT Control Framework, also the audit criteria and to highlight any nonconformities that might affect the Atos business needs​
·  Responsible for the follow-up of the audits performed, in terms of checking the action plans and root cause for the findings identified, checking and approving the evidence provided for the finding remediation, etc​
·  Ensure management response​, adherence and knowledge of Atos audit protocol across GEO and accounts.​

 

Requirements:

·  Educated to degree level, or equivalent professional qualification (in the field of IT is a plus)
·  Experience working in audit environment
·  Good knowledge of Audit remediation and root cause analysis
·  ISAE; ISO 9001 (ISO 27001; SOC1/SOC2 is a plus)
·  Proficiency in English; French or German a plus.
