Job Description

- Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables
- Timely and accurate dashboard and report generation
- Develop performance metrics
- Deliver ad hoc reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Leverage data from multiple data sources and maintain databases
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to ensure the advancement of technology and innovation

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Extremely strong written and oral English communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated success at effectively solving challenging customer issues
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to questions/requests and to collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions
- Ability to innovate, design new data presentation solutions

Technical Skills:
- Sybase, T-SQL, SQL Queries (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Relational Database understanding
- SAP Business Objects Enterprise experience (Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, Universes)
- MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) Ie; Pivot Tables, write Macros
- Data Mining from Data Warehouse: ODBC connections, DSN, network understanding, software driver installs
- MS Access
- Web interface & design, API experience
- MS SharePoint experience
- Qlik or Tableau Dashboard experience a plus
- ServiceNow experience a plus
- Cyber Security skills a plus: Understand network hierarchy roles
