Job description
Provide remote desktop support to 25,000 users across the US and Canada. Typical services provided are Tier 2 computer hardware and Windows-based software support, BlackBerry email (BES BAS) account support, troubleshooting network connectivity issues including file/mail/print and remote connectivity (XEAN/VPN) issues.

- 3 years related desktop support experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of desktop support technology and best practices Computer literate with proficiency in information systems and software applications Exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills Able to resolve or assist in the resolution of complex customer problems, i.e.
Windows OS Microsoft Office 2000
- 2013 SCCM 2007 ECM 2013 (Security updates and patching) Internet Explorer Network Connectivity, including file, mail, wireless connectivity and VPN Blackberry, ActiveSync Hardware troubleshooting and escalation Virus and Spyware removal Configuration and mapping of printers Software installation and configuration Experience using Windows native utilities Remote support experience (DameWare, Windows Remote Assistance)Experience using Windows native utilitiesRemote support experience (DameWare, Windows Remote Assistance)Experience supporting Windows 10 a major plusHours of operation: Mon-Fri, 7 AM to 7 PM
