·  3+ years of experience as a Business / Systems Analyst.
·  Experience in Install, Configure, Develop, Integrate Remedy ITSM suite configurations and customizations as per Customer requirements.
·  Skilled in writing user stories, creating use cases, gap analysis, translating technical concepts to tech teams and senior management.
·  Manage different Remedy environments (e.g., development, testing, staging, production) to ensure that changes progress through a controlled pipeline.
·  Supporting Remedy Delivery & Report.
·  Remedy application support and will be also have experience in migrating them to Salesforce.
·  Experience following up on incidents to be sure that root cause is understood and that longer term solutions are being pursued.
·  Understand the business use of the ITSM configurations / customizations.
·  Proactively manage technical relationship according to the customers business priorities with an eye to avoiding business-critical situations and maximizing the solution value.
·  Understand the downstream uses and impact of ITSM Configuration in follow-on reporting and interface applications.
