Job description
For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center Sofia Bulgaria, we are looking for a Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
· Carries out administrative tasks and provides administrative assistance;
· Assists throughout his/her activity the work of the Administrative Manager;
· Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, service providers/vendors and partners;
· Coordinates and supports the organization of internal and external meetings, company events, and social initiatives;
· Assists the company’s visitors and guests with hotel reservations, transfer booking, etc.;
· Takes part in the process of employees’ travel arrangements in the country through the company portal;
· Tracks office supplies and inventory, places orders, and coordinates deliveries in the office;
· Manages and maintains respective administrative databases - access cards, sports cards, taxi profiles, etc.;
· Supports Environmental certification (ISO 14001) of the site by obtaining and providing needed information;
· Accepts and coordinates the incoming and outgoing correspondence in line with the established internal rules and procedures;
· Carries out other administrative tasks in line with the established guidelines and procedures to ensure that these tasks are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
· English Language Skills – very good command, written and oral;
· 1 year of relevant experience
· Very good priority management and organization skills;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Attention to detail;
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
· Good working level of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook);
· Teamwork orientation with peers and management.
