What will be your job?
Our Quality Assurance team with a global approach supports our transversal division Acquiring Processing.
· We support to ensure that our division adheres to external rules and internal controls. We support to meet key regulatory objectives to protect our customers and our company.
· We act as an interface and maintain the relationship with our 2nd Line of Risk and Compliance, Operations, managers and teams of our division.
· We provide support, service and facilitation which add value and assure quality, minimize risks and stay compliant for all products and services within the division.
· We enlarge the awareness of compliance- and risk responsibility, promote the division commitment to compliance and encourage application owners and managers to detect, mitigate and prevent risks.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting, facilitating, guiding, consulting, consolidating and reporting with respect to:

· Risk Management
· Process management/improvement/harmonization/project support
· Audit (internal/external)
· GDPR Compliance
· PCI Compliance
· Business Continuity Management
· ISAE3402 compliance
· ISO 9001, 27001
· Card Scheme compliance
· Code of ethics/ anti bribery
· MA Risk/Critis
· Delivery Assurance Review
· Project Quality Assurance/Function Point analysis
· Methods and Measurements for productivity and quality
What do you have to offer?
At least a Higher Vocational level degree, preferably in the field of commerce or IT. Or a comparable education in the field of Banking, Process Design, Analysis or Project Management. You convince us with a good knowledge of Quality Management, Compliance, Security- and Risk Management and you are familiar with requirements of PCI-DSS, ISO certification, ISAE3402, ITIL, Quality management frameworks, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and tools like Jira, standard office application windows and Service Now. You have an ability to identify complex issues and risks. You still like to learn - and would like to continuously improve yourself.

What do we offer in return?
Depending on education and experience, your gross annual salary (including thirteenth month and holiday allowance) will be between € 62.500,- and € 85.900,- based on a 36 hour work week.
Next to that we offer excellent secondary benefits such as an annual performance allowance, a nearly premium free pension and an interesting, challenging and international work environment.
Furthermore, there is room for professional and personal development and a good work-lifebalance. This is a full-time job of 36 hours a week. Working hours are determined after
consultation with the manager. You will be based in Utrecht
