We are currently looking for Project Coordinator with German.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide general PMO Support for SAP projects.
· Support project and service managers in successful project delivery ( scope, schedule, resources, budget. Coordinate project meetings.)
· Preparing documentation, calculations, reports, statements and presentations for project needs.
· Collaborate and good communication with project managers and project team and customers.
· Be a part of SAP PMO team for German - speaking clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
· PMO experience
· Demonstrable experience as a PMO Specialist or in a similar project management support role.
· German & English language (B2+)
· Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially MS Excel & Power Point.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Exccellent analytical, organizational and problem – solving skills.
· Proactiveness and can-do attitiude.
Nice to have:
· Experience in SAP projects.
· General Project Management knowledge or certification.
· ITIL Foundation.
· Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA & Confluence, SharePoint.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
