Procurement Specialist

Position Summary:
Atos is hiring for an experienced Procurement Analyst / Specialist to work in our Summit, NJ offices and assist with serving some of our top customers’ needs!

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for tracking and reporting key deliverables as applicable
● Responsible for SLA adherence
● Effectively manages competing priorities and demands
● Understands customer requirements and follows through to ensure satisfaction
● Gathers facts, asks appropriate questions to resolve problems based on sound judgment. Knows when and how to escalate issues in a professional manner.
● Demonstrates ability to efficiently and effectively find answers to questions
● Use tracking and analysis tools as applicable
● PO Support
● Ordering H/W & S/W via multiple vendors
● Reconciliations
● Managing tickets and queues
● Managing multiple mailboxes
