What will be your job?
You will be working in Operations, Operational control, Business Process Management Team in Utrecht. The BPM Team is continuously improving business processes with sustainable solutions, designing efficient customer oriented processes for new services, driving standardization cross-country, working on incident prevention and on cost saving projects. Furthermore it is ensuring efficient and successful onboarding of new clients and new services within operations.
In the position of a Process Manager your job will be
· to generate transparency on critical hot spots and improvement areas within the OPS production centers based on analysis
· to lead improvement projects on OPS business processes in close alignment with the OPS production centers to ensure stable, secure, standardized and cost efficient processes.
· to lead task forces on identified hot spots within OPS PC.
· to trigger continuous improvement within the OPS PC using the Lean Six Sigma Method.
· to provide route cause analysis on incidents and to work on incident prevention in problem evaluation groups to work out solutions to prevent future incidents.
· to ensure operational readiness for new services by providing support in the design and documentation of new business processes to ensure first time right and create transparency on the process responsibilities.
What do you have to offer?
· Minimum of 3 years experience in the area of Process Management and/or Business Consultancy and/or Project Management
· Well organized, structured and process oriented way of working
· Good English language skills and excellent communication skills
· Team player in an international environment / open for frequent travel activities
What do we offer in return?
Depending on education and experience, your gross annual salary (including thirteenth month and holiday allowance) will be between € 52.900.- and € 72.700,- based on a 36 hour work week.Next to that we offer excellent secondary benefits such as an annual performance allowance, anearly premium free pension and an interesting, challenging and international work environment.Furthermore, there is room for professional and personal development and a good work-life
balance. This is a full-time job of 36 hours a week. Working hours are determined afterconsultation with the manager. You will be based in Utrecht.
