Your position as a Pega Lead/Senior System Architect (LSA/CSSA) @

To support our growing Pega practice, Atos Netherlands is looking for a Pega Certified Senior System Architect with a strong commercial drive. You’ll work with our clients to develop and implement specific software solutions that are critical to their business and that support and enhance their overall business strategy. You will work in state-of-the-art customer projects in the Netherlands, and we are also able to offer exciting international possibilities if that is your ambition! In this role, you will also be involved in presales, supporting our sales managers and Pega offering manager in sales cycles. Also you will able to share your experience coaching junior consultants in the Pega team.

Your responsibilities include
· Working as a Pega LSA/CSSA in innovative Atos projects at market-leading customers.
· Analyzing client business processes and requirements and translating these into innovative Pega-based solutions
· Supporting sales cycles, working in a bid team as solution architect on deal making Pega proposals
· Conducting and supporting Pega presales presentations and customer meetings Coaching of junior colleagues

Work location

At customer side and at Atos locations (Amstelveen, Eindhoven, or other). Atos offers extensive opportunities to work from home or outside of the offices.

Are you the ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate holds a natural interest in customer business processes and has the ability to turn requirements into suitable solutions. Experience has been gained in multiple Pega projects at customers, preferably in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecom and/or Utilities.

He/she has excellent analytical skills, is able to discuss requirements and present the solution design to stakeholders at customers and in the Atos team. Is able to scope Pega solutions (Application Profile), guide junior colleagues in their work and review/challenge the solution designs of colleagues and partners.

Preferably the candidate has already experience in presales cycles.

Key requirements are:
· Pega Certified Lead / Senior System Architect (LSA/CSSA) certification
· Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Pega PRPC projects as System Architect
· At least 1 project experience in Pega 7
· Business fluent in Dutch, verbal and written is a must!
· It is an pre to have experience with Agile and DCO (Direct Capturing of Objectives)
· Knowledge of Pega Strategic Applications or Decisioning is preferred
· Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Management, or similar level of education
· Excellent consulting and presentation skills
· Proactive and flexible attitude
· Team player
· Commercial and Presales experience is preferred
· Mobile within NL

In addition:

• As far candidates outside the Netherlands, You can only respond if you have the necessary visa / workpermit.
• You must speak Dutch or good English!
• Must have experience with: CRM / Customer Services / Marketing
• Experienced PRPC 7.3 developer, CSSA certified, currently working to his LSA certification

For Dutchspeaking candidates, youneed some experience with CRM, Decisioning, Robotics, or another strategic Pega application.
