Technical skills: Key Responsibilities: Coordination of request, test and release of patches and software in a global environment. Responsibilities would include: managing requests for new patch deployments, software deployments through standard defined processes, development and implementation and improvement of those processes, coordinating and executing change control processes that apply to the deployment of patches and software deployments, communications to customer management and end-users as necessary, tracking and reporting on status and success of all deployments, identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Candidate must be proficient and experienced in coordinating the execution of standard ITIL release management processes for patch management, software application deployment, User Acceptance Testing and Large Scale deployment coordination via automated distribution tools (SCCM). Must be proficient with System Center Configuration Manger (SCCM 2012). Knowledge of PowerShell and VB scripting is beneficial. Knowledge of Microsoft MDT/SCCM best practices is beneficial. Customer interaction and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential to this position. Ability to respond and interact with management stakeholders regarding escalation of customer inquiries. Strong SCCM infrastructure management knowledgeexperience required and strong troubleshooting skills in a large global environment.
o Working Experience / Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Typically 5-7 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

? Education: AS in related discipline or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry Certification may be required in some areas. ITIL, MCP, MCSE, SCCM 2007, SCCM 2016 SCCM 1602
· Job Family Responsibilities: Participates in semi-complex technical assistance for service requests maintain patch compliance for outlined devices and assist as needed with other engineering functions. (Imaging, Scripting, Packaging, etc) to support the end user client computing environment. Participates in recommending semi-complex upgrades and/or improvements to standardize the customer image platforms. Supports the day-to-day operations of release and test processes as required for software, security patch deployment and client configuration. Participates in Change Release meeting as required to support the release of approved patches and software to end user devices. Supports the requirement definition, analyzes and writes specifications when required.
· Major role includes providing Solutions, Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various platforms
· Extensive experience in design and installation of SCCM
· Assisting in Design and implementation of the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and provide solutions for problems and conflicts.
· Production of Low-Level Design Documents for multiple workplace services.
· Technical Documentation and Report creation
· Planning for Disaster Recovery & High Availability systems
· Drive Service Acceptance into Business as Usual Operations Support
· Support performance and functional testing of workplace services
· Responsible for deploying of SCCM CB withIBCM and CO management
· Responsible for deploying Wintel OS and SCCM Server Builds
· Migration/upgrade of SCCM server to latest Current Branch platforms
· Good hands on experience on SCCM troubleshooting and best practices
· Contribute to New-Builds/migration and upgrades
· Experience with AD, GPO, MDT and related technologies/tools
· Application Delivery infrastructure design and deployment
· Group Policy design and implementation
· Develop monitoring and maintenance procedures for Workplace Services
· Use of Enterprise Management Systems including Patch Management, Software Distribution and Asset Management
· Maintain an awareness of current developments in Digital Workplace and conduct research and development of new technologies
· Provide advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to customers, projects and colleagues
· Identify opportunities and develop automation for the deployment and management of Workplace Services
