Eviden we are looking for 24x7 operator with experience in:

 

- Systems monitoring (Ambari, Optime Robot, Grafana)

- Ticket Management (Jira)

- Bug Tracking (Kibana)

- Planning: DataFlow

- Ralización of tasks in BD, Windows, Linux, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, LDAP, SAP and own applications of the client.

- Event management (resolution of incidents in L1, monitoring and execution of tasks)

- User Management and configuration support (Registration, reset, reactivation in SAP, LDAP, IIQ).

- Resolution of incidents derived from the support to the configuration and user management

- Configuration support to EESS.
