• Strong technical background and good knowledge of Tooling Products (BMC
TrueSight Operations Management, Microsoft SCOM, Nagios, Netgain, CA and
other enterprise / open source tools available in market).
• Solve critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting and post-mortem
analysis and provide RCA and improvements.
• Integrate, Manage and Support the upgrade on new system, deployment and
maintain smooth system operations.
• To provide day-to-day operations, administration, tuning and capacity
management of midrange system to ensure good performance as senior
technical manager. 
• To resolve all midrange & monitoring related escalated incidents and issue
within agreed timeline. 
• To perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendation for improving
the production batch window.
• Good in scripting and have good knowledge of Windows / Unix scripting.
• Should be able to automate the manual tasks and improve the service
experience we are providing to our clients.
• Should have good knowledge of PaaS, DaaS, SaaS, IaaS, Cloud, Storage,
Mainframe and Network monitoring through BMC / Spectrum and other
monitoring tools.
• Good knowledge of building dashboards using eMite / HTML and other end-to-
end holistic dashboard building tools for real-time and predictive monitoring.

 Skill set & Experience :

Good knowledge knowledge and administration experience in OS Operation–
Windows, Linux and AIX (Solaris / HP-UX) with at least 5-7 years’ experience.
• Able to provide technical support on Unix and/or Windows Server Platforms.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in technical support on JBoss and/or
WebSphere is preferable.
• Knowledge in VMWare is preferable (SNMP or KM monitoring).
• Good understanding and with passion to learn broad knowledge on IT infrastructure
management, network, operation systems and databases
• Able to perform multitasking, works under pressure and at the same time deliver high
quality result against tight deadlines.
• Good presentation, documentation, interpersonal and problems solving skills
• Committed to deadline and with good communication.
• Candidate must be flexible with standby requirement.
• Able to read / write and speak English.
