Overview

Atos Digital Security is currently looking for an Identity and Access Management Senior Engineer to join their team and be a part of a transition and engineering team responsible for delivering the Atos Prescriptive Cyber Security solution to customers across North America.

 

Job Description

As an Identity and Access Management Senior Engineer / Team Lead, you will be responsible for the engineering and operational support for a customer’s Identity and Access Management infrastructure and its integration with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure. The team maintains a core set of infrastructure services and must collaborate with several business and technical teams to maintain a stable environment while delivering solutions in support of the customer’s global initiatives.   

 

Core Responsibilities

·  Provides analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of identity solutions and related technologies
·  Partners with various IT teams, vendors, and or lines of business to ensure solutions are built to best practices and will meet all applicable business, legal, and audit requirements
·  Provides subject matter expertise in Identity Management
·  Create and maintain accurate documentation of technical requirements, designs, infrastructure, and support processes
·  Develops and promotes code through various environments following global change control processes
·  Provides production support including ticket resolution and escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 service desk support teams
·  Proposes software and or configuration enhancements to adapt to changes in business requirements or to gain efficiencies through automation

Minimum Skills

·  Experience to lead a group of developers in supporting customer requests and production issues.
·  Proactive, self-motivated, and strong ability to learn new things with little guidance
·  Highly organized and thorough with critical attention to detail and documentation

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

·  Bachelor of science and 2 years experience or Five (5) years equivalent experience working in the Identity and Access Management field
·  Advanced C# / .NET / Web Services analysis, design, development, and testing experience
·  Advanced Identity Management related development and support experience, preferably with Microsoft Identity related technologies such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
·  2+ years of experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
·  Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and application architecture
·  Intermediate level experience with PowerShell scripting
·  Intermediate level experience with Microsoft SQL Server (nested queries, stored procedures, views, normalization, cluster, etc)
·  Intermediate level experience with Active Directory, ADFS, and Exchange / Exchange Online
·  Intermediate level experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud technologies including Azure AD and Azure AD Connect
·  Intermediate support experience with Windows Server Operating Systems (2012 and above)
·  Intermediate level experience supporting end users on Windows 10 workstations
·  Intermediate experience with ITIL processes such as Incident/Problem/Configuration/Change management
·  Intermediate customer handling skills along with extensive hands on skills in defining and creating operational/procedure documents
·  Working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure components, including but not limited to networking, load balancing, firewall rules, SSL, system management / monitoring, and hardware components (storage, CPU, etc.)
·  Strong knowledge of web application fundamentals, including knowledge of HTTP and cookies
·  Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills with positive team-first attitude

 

 

              Certifications

Prefer one or more certifications including but not limited to:

BCCPP, CISSP, GSEC, Security+, Network+

The US base salary range for this position is $100,000- $130,000.  Please note that our salary ranges may vary within, above or below the range based on role, education, experience, level, market and location.  In addition to base salary, our talent acquisition team will provide any additional information on benefits or incentive programs where applicable.
