Job description

The main purpose of the Technical Specialist’s role is to provide input to the development, maintenance and support of specific customer infrastructure systems and associated software and to ensure that the service provided to customers, meets the established Service Level Agreements and quality standards.
Person handling this position will join Application Technical Management team and will work as Lotus Domino System Administrator.

Desired profile

Experience with Lotus Domino System Administration skills
Manual creation and manipulation of Server, Person, Connection, Group, Program, Policy documents
Able to handle Level 2/3 problems and ability to effectively interface with vendor support
Relevant experience with IBM Lotus products (R5 and above) for messaging and collaborations, such as Lotus Notes/Domino, Sametime (Meeting/Instant Messaging), Domino.
Doc, HTTP, SMTP Gateways.
Good command of English and German (min. B1+) language,
Experience with Sametime, Domino Doc, HTTP & SMTP services
Knowledge of third party software like: iQ Suite, PDF Services, SMS Services, User management, Monitoring, Data Compression, Fax interface.
