Job description
The Learning and People Developement Coordinator (Junior LSM) supports the Regional People Development Team with specialist subject-matter expertise. They co-ordinate the execution of local training plans, learning programs, performance management processes and the Talent Management strategy. They steer specific programs, from initial concept to outcome evaluation ensuring that business requirements are met at an agreed cost, in line with the roadmap. *They will be responsible for coordinating execution of training plans supporting the Geo People Development Business Partners (PDBPs) and Vendor Management Support Role. They will consolidate data from all business areas to summarize need, cost and plan to execute. *They will collate communications and resources to share with the business to ensure clear understanding of People Development processes and offerings. *They support managing the training budget and procurement/finance processes where applicable. *They liaise with Service Providers, alongside the Vendor Management Support Role to ensure continuous service availability and good working relationships. *They will manage local data and regional reporting. *They support the execution of global programs and initiatives for the Geo: organization, comms, invites, registrations, materials. *They handle daily queries related to all development platforms, PISA, HR library, etc. *They support internal performance management processes in collaboration with the global teams and PDBPs to ensure engagement and high levels of participation. They will work closely with the team to follow progress, communicate, and manage consolidation. *They support the promotion and deployment of the talent management strategy, and its related operational processes, within the geography to drive retention of our talent and key people. *They will support the Geo PDBPs on meeting business requirements with administrative and organizational activities. *They support global career management initiatives locally to ensure that employees have clear development path that is aligned to global career framework model and our internal first policy, supplemented by all the advisory and guidance needed on processes and policies. Required: *Successful track record in delivering HR services *Experience in managing projects or parts of projects related to people development *Focus on enhancing employee experience and developing business/technical skills *Proven experience of collaborating in a small team in a culturally diverse work environment *Communication skills: can define and craft key messages for large target audiences *Flexibility; positive approach to dealing with change
