Atos is currently looking for an Infor Lawson S3 Payroll and HR (Human Resources) Analyst to join the team.
TRAVEL
Candidates must be willing to travel as needed for assigned clients. Relocation is not necessary.Ability to travel up 80 - 90% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develops technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution.
· Develops solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.
· Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
· Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area. May be responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level technical staff.
· Communicates with internal and client project team members. Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
· Contribute to the strategy for achieving objectives, identifying the steps necessary to successfully achieve project milestones.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Functional knowledgebusiness processes as well as hands-on application build knowledge within respective Infor Lawson modules.
· Seasoned technical individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. Responsible for developing solutions to technical problems and issues that may be difficult and unclear.
· Requires deep understanding of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of technical domain and has broad understanding of other related specialty areas.
· Knowledge of Lawson integration with other vendor systems including Kronos, Workday, Oracle etc.
· Typically requires BS (or related healthcare practitioner certification) or4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
