Job Description

· Responsible for services delivered within a Workplace and Service Desk tower to a customer
· Working with the Service Delivery Manager to gain understanding of the client, the contract, the business context and the priorities of the account
· Attend the service reviews and undertake the appropriate actions
· Orchestrate end to end services for his Tower, and for all other towers needed to deliver his service (top of stack principle)
· Ensure that the critical operating tasks are successfully managed along the contract lifecycle through implementation of the relevant policies and standards inc. compliance against security policies
· Create strong cooperation with Service Management Center to ensure (in creating ad-hoc projects) that customer is operating using standard methods and tools whenever
· For all significant changes and implementations drive the completion of the service acceptance, technical assurance and handover processes
· Responsible for the Account operations, service processes usage, capacity planning & business backlog within the Tower, scope & evolution requests
· Creating or validating the solution part of limited upselling proposals (within delegation (volume, risk, standardization)
