Responsibilities: 

  

· 
Processing requests for the creation and update of master data  

· 
Governance of materials, customers, vendors and related objects  

· 
Maintenance of structures and categorizations  

· 
Maintaining exchange rates, prices, price lists, bank details  

· 
Monitoring and update of data asset lifecycle statuses  

· 
Ensures data integrity and quality  

· 
Data transportation and consolidation  

· 
Develops documentation  

· 
Supporting recurring tasks for data asset releases and organizational updates  

· 
Reporting and presenting  

· 
Support direct manager with additional tasks  

  

Required Skills and Experience:  

  

· 
BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance is a plus  

· 
0-1 year of experience in a relevant field  

· 
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, MS Office); Sophisticated Excel skills are a plus.  

· 
Very good networking and communication skills  

· 
Able to prioritize activities, identify and prevent risks  

· 
High level of English language skills
