The Service ManagementTower , deploys on new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service management solutions on behalf of ATOS Managed Services.

The Service Management Centre is now establishing Service Asset Configuration Management Center of Excellence which is going to perform migration of CMDB Data Bases of existing ATOS customers to the new target CMDB solution. Therefore, we are looking for the Configuration Manager, who will focus on defining CMDB migration process definition, its deployment, defining ownership as well as data quality control and enhancements in transformed accounts.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 3 years ITIL Operational experience in the Configuration Management process (or related ITIL transition processes like: Change Management, Release and Deployment Management)
· Knowledge of SACM Process
· Experience of the operations aspects of SACM process and Service Transition life stage
· Understanding concepts of:
· SACM Data Model
· service decomposition
· CSFs, KPIs and metrics
· Knowledge of IT infrastructure, business applications, databases related to service management area
· Analytical and Problem solving skills,
· Customer and service quality oriented
· Building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients
· Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
· Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
· Excellent English communication skills (Additional languages such as German, French would be a plus)
· Competent with Microsoft Office Tools
· Hands-on experience with at least one ITSM tool like Service Now, BMC Atrium, HPSM would be a plus
· ITIL certifications would be beneficial
