What impact you can make
As an Incident Manager, you will play a critical role in the efficient resolution of incident tickets and ensuring the stability of our systems.
Role and Responsibilities
· Take ownership of incoming problem tickets.
· Consult with customers to prioritize incidents effectively.
· Coordinate with service providers and stakeholders throughout the incident resolution process.
· Collaborate with testing teams for thorough validation.
· Plan and coordinate releases, including change requests.
· Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis.
· Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation throughout the incident resolution process.
Required Skills and Experience
· German language min. B2
· Proficiency in English language.
· Familiarity with Oracle/SQL, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, Java/Spring (Core, Security, MVC), HTML/CSS /Angular, JavaScript.
· Proficiency in SOA/JavaEE, REST/SOAP architecture.
· Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
· Effective, strong communication skills
· Prioritization and multitasking skills for timely incident resolution.
· Continuous monitoring of systems and applications.
