HRIS Specialist with SAP

Job description

Responsibilities:

The position is based in Sofia - Bulgaria.

As HRIS Specialist you will be responsible to:

·  Provide functional expertise for SAP SuccessFactors applications.
·  Make functional recommendations for enhancements and improvements with SAP SuccessFactors applications.
·  Check data / inconsistencies in launched forms for current semester.
·  Perform pre-defined controls during the campaign.
·  Update of C&B table for VP
·  Release salary review statements
·  Release BSC statements upon request from Sofia SSC
·  Create all tickets when Global IT action is required.
·  Run reports for the Global C&B team as per the agreed frequency.
·  Build reports for Global People Performance Management as needed.
·  Provide quarterly analysis of trends, issues, etc.
·  Answer queries related to Performance, Compensation and Bonus Management

 

 

Required Skills:

·  Expertise in SAP HR (no other SAP Modules) 
·  Basic Know How in SAP Time Management and reporting. 
·  Knowledge in payroll basics (wage type reporting, single employee payroll simulation) 
·  Expertise in reporting & controlling activities (SAP Queries in SQ01) 
·  Know how in Excel (Power Query) 
·  Understanding of the complexity of organization structure-> Organizational Management in HR Tools & Interfaces (Employee Central, SAP) 
·  Basic Knowledge in SAP Customizing requirements, e.g., statistics and reports for public authorities.  
·  Very good communication skill 
·  Good German language skills
