Our HR team is growing - we are establishing a new team to consolidate HR operational functions to deliver them in a cost-effective manner, promoting operational efficiencies and service improvements. It also provides advice and employee support across the Atos Organization on the use of HR systems and processes.
As part of the HR team, the Payroll support role is responsible for gathering payroll (PY) related information from Countries and feed the PY engines - usually third-party systems - with the data provided by the local HR organization in each country.
A key aspect of the work will involve interaction with Country HR organizations to ensure the payroll calendar deadlines are known and met demonstrating technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering data into the PY vehicles. Some cases may require calculation that always will be duly documented;
· Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures, described in workbooks;
· Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential;
· Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information;
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
· Provide management information reports as per agreed schedule and on specific request;
· Interact with internal customers via telephone, e-mail and chat, providing support and problems solving abilities;
· Respond to tickets appropriately: Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints;
· Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements;
· Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values;
· Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group.
Interfaces:
· HR community (Service Delivery Managers and Payroll managers);
· Internal and external parties involved in the Atos Payroll organization, processes and systems;
· Payroll provider.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· University degree;
· 1+ years of working experience;
· English business fluent.
