About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Legal, Compliance, Risk and Security professional to join our Group HR team and contribute to the strengthening of HR governance across multiple European countries.
This is a Group-level role with a strong international scope. You will act as the main HR Legal advisor and point of contact for country HR teams, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, managing social dialogue processes, and mitigating HR-related risks with potential legal, financial, or reputational impact.
The position combines legal expertise, stakeholder management, and operational execution in a multi-country environment, with direct exposure to senior HR leadership and complex social topics.
Target countries for this role include Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, France.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as HR Legal advisor at Group level and coordinate HR legal topics across multiple countries
* Serve as the SPOC for country HR teams on HR legal, compliance, and social matters
* Oversee and coordinate social dialogue processes, including European Works Council (EWC) and local employee representative bodies
* Support negotiations with social partners and manage processes related to employee representative elections
* Ensure compliance with labor law, occupational health, safety, and security requirements
* Manage HR risk reporting, identify exposure areas, and define mitigation actions
* Prepare materials, organize meetings, and ensure proper follow-up on social and legal processes
* Support local HR teams on sensitive or complex employee relations cases
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and harmonization of HR governance frameworks at Group level
Desired profile
Background & Experience
* Master’s degree in Law, HR, or equivalent (Labor Law / Employment Law preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Legal, employment law, or HR compliance roles
* Proven experience in international and multi-country environments
* Exposure to Group or regional roles is a strong advantage
* Experience working at country level in one or several European countries
Must-Have Skills
* skills - experience with EU labour law environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* skills - experience in France, Germany, Romania, Spain social processes
Languages
* Fluent English is required (working language)
