Job description

Job Title: L&D Backoffice Agent Job Summary: The Shared Services Centre consolidates HR operational functions to deliver them in a cost-effective manner, promoting operational efficiencies and service improvements. It also provides advice and employee support across the Atos Organization on the use of HR systems and processes. The SSC L&D Agent is responsible for providing full administration for employee training activities across all designated GBU and country-level Atos businesses. The activities will include creating, updating, and managing courses and offerings within the MyLearning platform, registering delegates, and ordering training courses from suppliers. A key aspect of the work will involve responding to requests for help or information from end-user within a timely manner, demonstrating technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities: • Administers all actions related to training and development in the defined educational platform, using pre-set templates of procedures • Provides management with information reports according to the agreed schedule and upon request • Interacts with internal customers by phone, email, and chat, assisting and harnessing problem-solving skills • Responds to requests in an appropriate way: Identifies, evaluates, and ranks in importance the problems and complaints of customers • Participates in educational activities within the department, including educational programs for the application of new technologies, procedures, and improvements in customer service • Works with employees in the department to promote, develop and maintain constant values in customer service • Refers unresolved issues to maintenance managers or a designated (L&D customer) service team Job requirements: Language Skills: • English business fluent (C1 advanced) + other language(s) as appropriate (French, German and/or Spanish) Skills & Competencies: • Advanced communications skills • PC Skills including MS Word and Excel • Basic understanding of the principles, theories, and practices of group dynamics and/or team development • Can work productively in a global, multi-cultural environment Behavioural Skills: - Client Focus • Proactively seeks customer feedback and takes appropriate action • Considers the impact of decisions and actions on the customer • Effectively manages customer expectations • Commitment to deliver result - Team Working • Takes ownership and follows through on team decisions and actions - Flexibility • Adapts to changing circumstances and new information that impacts goals and plans • Can play several different roles simultaneously according to the specific situation • Takes a positive approach to dealing with change - Creativity • Adapts existing solutions for new problems or situations • Demonstrates a personal ability to apply creativity in problem solving • Discusses different aspects of the problems to bring more structure in complex situations - Leadership & Interpersonal Skills • Demonstrates a personal ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships Main Interfaces • Other SSC agents & management structure • HR L&D community (Heads of Learning, LSM’s, HRBP’s, local L&D Teams) • Atos employees using MyLearning platform • All external parties involved in Atos learning organization, processes, and systems • All internal parties involved in Atos learning organization, processes, and systems where appropriate, including: • Procurement & Finance team members • Legal and Compliance • Global IT
