About the role:

Digital Performance Consultants are responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of APM/DPM technologies throughout the software application lifecycle to provide real-time analytics which helps our customers proactively avoid performance issues and to rapidly diagnose and resolve problems should they occur. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery, with the aim of helping customers to improve the value that Digital Performance Management delivers, enabling them to deliver high-performing applications with first-rate customer experience.

 

As Digital Performance Consultant at Eviden you play an important role in the digital transformation of our clients. Together with clients and colleagues, you will share your expertise on how we help organisations collaborate more efficiently and more securely with cloud technology and the performance around it.

 

This is a permanent, full-time role that requires the successful candidate to be eligible for  Security Clearance.

 

Daily responsibilities:

Over time consult with customers to understand, and then meet their business and technical goals.
Collaborate with a great team of experienced DPM consultants.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot APM/DPM products in Production, Test and Development environments. Serve as subject matter expert on APM/DPM techniques and standard methodologies.
Identify key “Business Modelling” integration opportunities, especially around reporting, alerting, dashboards, SLAs, etc.
Analyse performance data and assist with performance troubleshooting/tuning of customer applications, architecture, and practices.
Build relationships that support the successful adoption and integration of APM/DPM products throughout the application lifecycle.
Learning and developing yourself in the constantly evolving world of APM/DPM and Cloud.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
·  You are currently living in the UK&I and speaking English fluently

Preferences:

·  Experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog (or other APM/DPM solutions) is a big precedence.
·  Experience with Big Data Analysis (ELK stack, Splunk) is precedence.
·  You have some experience in working with a Public Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google);
·  Infra-automation, Containerization and Cloud Orchestration trigger your curiosity.
·  knowledge of and experience with tools like Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Python is precedence.
·  Experience with Agile working (SCRUM/SAFe/DevOps);
·  Basic knowledge of Programming Languages: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, etc. is precedence.
·  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
·  Willing to work multi-functional within the organization. Working together with people from different teams.
·  Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
