The opportunity

 

Demand Management is the process responsible for managing the lifecycle of sales requests with value <£5M on existing customer contracts or new logo business.

 

Our goal is to respond to sales requests as efficiently and effectively as possible in order to deliver sustainable growth, win profitable business and be a trusted partner for our Clients in support of their business change.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities

 

The Demand Coordinator role delivers operational excellence on an Account, managing delivery of sales responses through organization & prioritization of workload, identifying issues that need addressing, ensuring data quality within key systems and supporting improvements.

 

You will:

 

·  Maintain an overview of all sales demand cases that are in development and be able to articulate the queue status to key stakeholders
·  Monitor the progress of sales demand cases against the target delivery date
·  Identify sales demand cases that are at risk of not being delivered against the target delivery date and ensure actions plans are in place to mitigate, includes raising risks and issues with the Demand Manager and Account Solution Manager
·  Ensure the workflow system accurately reflects the current progress and position of the sales demand case
·  Ensure any queries received on specific sales demand cases or operational process are effectively dealt with
·  Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational performance at an Account and Group level
·  Expert knowledge of the Demand Management workflow and process
