  Job Description:

 

 

·  Incident Management, handling onboarding of new accounts.
·  Offboarding of accounts as requested.
·  Patching of CyberArk bulletins
·  CyberArk services monitoring
·  Oncall support during India hours
·  Installing new CyberArk components when needed and cookies

 

Direct responsibility for engineering activities such as:

•            Take reactive and proactive actions against cyber-threats

•            Develop security requirements for SaaS multi-tenant security systems

•            Design and develop frameworks and solutions to secure CI/CD pipelines

•            Implement, maintain and improve existing industry best practices based operational security controls for:

o            Monitoring

o            Identity and access management

o            Encryption and data security

o            Self auditing

•            Continuously research new attack vectors and techniques

•            Take part in product security reviews

 

 

Key Requirements:

·  Direct experience with the CyberArk Solution.
·  Experience providing operational support for a large CyberArk environment
·  Experience working with load balancers, firewalls and other network technologies

 

Position Requirements:

·  Experience as a member of a technical project team, from design through delivery including testing.
·  Risk assessment of proposed and existing system architecture for compliance with security best practices, recommending technical, administrative and physical controls to mitigate identified risks
·  Demonstrated experience making technical decisions regarding assigned tasks when presented with options by other team members
·  Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and identifying potential problems and making appropriate changes as necessary
·  Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation
·  Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
