Job description
Atos (formerly Xerox/RTS) is the

14,000 Restaurants. The Fargo facility has over 250 employees in their advanced
career departments providing Technology Support and Customer Care. If you have a commitment to Service Excellence and have
worked in Customer Service (phone or face-to-face support) or have a background
in computers/technology this could be the right position for you!.
- Accurately identify
and troubleshoot support calls to resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service to all Atos client callers.
- Take ownership of support cases and follow up with customers as required.
- Effectively work to improve overall Help Desk and resolution knowledge to
improve service.
- Handle incoming calls from
existing clients and help them with restaurant technology issues (No Sales).

Desired profile
- Must be
18 years old.
- High School diploma or
GED required.
- Strong communication
skills required.
- Previous
hardware/software troubleshooting experience helpful.
- Previous help
desk/call center or phone support experience helpful.
- Previous IT or
Computer Science education and/or technical certifications a plus but not
required.
- One
- Two years of
customer service work experience(phone or online support preferred).
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong Technical aptitude.
