What we looking for:

We are looking for experienced IT professionals in Service Quality/Customer Service Manager area for our location in Timisoara, Romania. The person must have IT technical background (minimum 3 years of experience) to apply in international projects and skills in the area of technical coordination and customer facing situations.

Job Requirements

·
Education: Preferably technical university degree or a similar qualification.

·
Professional experience in :

·
Ticketing system knowledge;

·
Work instructions/procedures;

·
IT infrastructure (ITIL Foundation is a plus);

·
Customer Relations / Global Delivery of services for customers;

·
Preparation of complete and correct documentation of configuration items related to contracts;

·
Design workable methods to ensure that B2B - agreements (OLAs) are in place;

·
Provision of contractually defined reporting data with involved services;

·
Escalation and risk management for customer specific service delivery experience;

·
Controlling of service accounting and corrective measures experience;

·
Technical experience:

·
Advanced Operating System Knowledge especially administration and problem management;

·
Advanced level MS Windows Server knowledge, especially administration and problem management;

·
Basic trouble ticketing system knowledge;

·
Basic monitoring system (preferably MS SCOM);

·
Basic hardware, networking, applications and storage knowledge;

·
Knowledge of the service processes (desirable);

·
And with the following considered as an advantage: Server Virtualization knowledge; Scripting knowledge; Monitoring tools knowledge; ITIL knowledge.

High Customer Focus

·
Fluent in English (is mandatory request). German is a plus.
