Credit Control Analyst BTN

Job description

For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center Sofia Bulgaria, we are looking for a Credit Control Analyst BTN.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

·  Executing Credit Control activities in line with the Atos Credit Control policies
·  Monitor and collect accounts receivable (Execute phone calls to customers’ accounts payable departments / Account managers/ sort out disputes/ arrange CIA/register committed payments and customer complaints)
·  Participation in collection forums and discussions with the Senior management
·  Issue reminders/statements of account/dunning letters to overdue accounts
·  Communicate with internal stakeholders (legal, account executives, finance management and others) on complex cases
·  Responsible for tracking the accurate posting of all payments made on accounts and reconciling payments to the invoices/cash application
·  Responsible for achieving the cash targets
·  Support achieving cash targets and reduction of overdue percentage
·  Create AR factoring files and monitor repayments to third parties
·  Weekly/Monthly AR reporting

 

Key requirements:

 

·  Business/Finance/Accounting education & background (University)
·  Language Skills: English – C1 - will be the required language for all internal matters and customer contacts; Dutch, any degree of expertise will be considered an advantage.
·  Treasury experience will be considered an advantage.
·  Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
·  Experience with SAP
·  Analytical thinking.
·  Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
·  Team player
