Role and Responsibilities
·
Leads the Service Line Account Team;
·
Accountable for achieving planned ER (External Revenue) and margins (down to Project Margin +Pre-sales);
·
Represent customer in Service Line(s) and the Service Line(s) facing the customer;
·
Works with Account Executive to provide vision for customer and account team;
·
Ownership of the Client Satisfaction process for the contract;
·
Ensure actions are defined and implemented to prevent / close any gap in customer satisfaction Business growth/development; and ensure additional client demands are translated into agreed service improvements;
·
Secure renewal of existing contracts Commercial Management;
·
Account P&L (Profit & Loss) owner for service line;
·
Accountable for adequate billing/financial reporting;
·
Handle Investment & purchase request, prepares Business cases;
Required Skills and Experience
· Educated to university level or may hold a relevant professional qualification;
· Fluent in English;
· Has at least 2 years in-depth experience working on client projects within a delivery function (SI, MS and/or Consulting) or has a validated Client Management background from the external market at a similar level;
· Experience of leading and motivating one or more teams in a pressured work environment;
· Familiar with relevant legal aspects (e.g. terms of conditions, penalty systems);
· Builds relationships with customers based on mutual trust and respect;
· Supervises performance targets and deadlines in addition to quality standards and takes appropriate action;
· Results orientated with strong focus on achieving targets;
· Can influence and lead diverse teams including third party and client staff;
· Takes ownership for own actions;
· Negotiation skills;
· Demonstrated risk management;
Technical knowledge:
· Adequate knowledge of ICT;
· Solid understanding of Project Management (preferably based on Prince II methodology);
· Good knowledge of contracts;
· Familiar with ITIL and Service Management processes;
· Knowledgeable on selling and remains current of the Eviden portfolio;
· World Commerce and Contracting CCM practitioner certified or commitment to obtain the certification
