Deep Learning Tech Leader
Atos is building a state of the art analytics strategy that uses machine learning to provide customer value in the areas of productivity, operations & application performance.

You will manage and be responsible for understanding customer needs and delivering some of our most strategic technical projects, and have a significant bottom-line impact on our business and competitive position.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Drive Product Definition – Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals and working backwards documents (press release, FAQ) including customer and market feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction.

Execution of Product Planning and Development – Including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning.

Lead interaction with Technical Team – Including helping the technical team make tradeoffs based on customer requirements, QA/testing of the product.

Responsibilities
•Work with other technical specialists to develop, validate and communicate the technical vision for out AI/ML/DL research and how we can best deliver value to our customers.
•Serve as a subject matter expert and will work with the other senior architects as part of a team to drive projects where machine-learning techniques are applied in solving real world problems in security, operations and productivity.
•Advise engineering leadership on the investment area pertaining to AI/ML research.
•Responsible for making sure Atos AI/ML/DL development processes in Atos are best in the industry.

Desired Skills And Experience
•Relevant work experience, including experience working within the industry or as a researcher in a lab.
•Ability to design and execute on research agenda.
•Proven ability to apply ML/DL solutions to commercial problems.
•Programming experience in one or more of the following: Python (mandatory), and/or C, C++;
•Proven ability to develop applications and business solutions related to Natural Language Processing (NLP);
•Proven ability to work and develop chatbot solutions using IA.

Qualifications
•Bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering
•Deep knowledge of machine learning
•Successful launch of multiple consumer- or developer-facing products/devices.

Preferred Qualifications
•MSc and/or PhD in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
