Job description

A unique chance for consultants to join the fast-growing Atos Technology Consulting branch.  We are looking for new colleagues to help us build a successful consulting organization based on strong technical pillars that represent the Atos portfolio. Part of an international network of similar professionals, you will have a chance to shape Technology Consulting, to keep yourself up to date to technological market trends and advise our clients with regards to the most fitted technical solutions for them. This role will focus on service enablement, translating questions from customers to solutions that work.

 

Skills Required:

·  More than 3 years relevant experience, with proven results & referrals that can confirm;
·  Blend of business and technical understanding, prior experience with process improvements;
·  Broad understanding of the technology and market you will work for (key issues affecting the customers in order to deliver them compelling value proposition and technology choices);
·  IT Service Management, IT Strategy and Operating Model or SIAM experience;
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills – Native Dutch speaker - advanced English level mandatory;
·  Hold a university master's degree.

 

Responsibilities:

As Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering advisory services to Clients:

·  Understand the ambition, challenges and objectives of the customer and identify how our IT Service Management (ITSM) portfolio can contribute in achieving the objectives of the customer;
·  Able to collaborate with different stakeholders (within Atos, from customer & other vendors);
·  Take Customer requirements and design viable technical solutions fitting the customer’s business strategy;
·  Ability to determine possible root cause of technology issues – suggest further assessments to confirm & advise on possible solutions / remedies to address customer pain points;
·  Business case development of our ITSM solutions for our customers;
·  Contribute to discovery – design & strategy – implementation - test phases as requested;
·  Develop technology specific documentation, materials, blueprints, showcases etc.;
·  Support in creation of offerings and support in creation of sales strategies
·  Single point of contact for consultants for all questions regarding their technology and associated offerings;
·  Promote their respective products and technologies to increase the acceptance of their technology solutions and speed up technology consumption & adoption;
·  Govern implementation of the solutions and ensure qualitative pilot delivery;
·  Contribute to our Technology Consulting services offering, knowledge-base and capabilities.

Technology specific requirements & responsibilities:

As Consultant for your technology, you will additionally need to meet following requirements and perform the following responsibilities:

ITSM:

·  Service management or operational skills & experience (IT Service Management, IT Strategy and Operating Model or SIAM);
·  Ability to lead workstreams, support sales and value propositions; 
·  Interviewing stakeholders to analyze current strategy and services, processes and organization to identify issues or pain-points and potential improvements;
·  Preparing and leading workshops to play-back findings and explore solutions to specific issues; summarize the key findings and recommendations in presentation format;
·  Prepare and execute ITSM maturity assessments;
·  Documenting roadmaps and/or transition states for any organizational changes required;
·  Collecting and analyzing customer data to produce insights and reports;
·  Producing new process sets, service improvement plans, organization design reviews, new ITOM models, skills assessments, ITSM Tooling reviews and improvement plans;
·  Supporting client operations by performing a role of a Process or Service Manager;
·  Implementing solutions following standards and proper change control processes;
·  Certification in IT Service Management, SIAM and ITIL v.3 and v.4 or similar;
·  Experience with tooling like ServiceNow or Topdesk; and
·  Desirable: knowledge of the following frameworks COBIT, IT4IT, DevOps, ISO27000, CMMI, SFIA;

·  Time management: ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
·  Change management: Aability to build consensus and foster change in a client business setting and within his/her own team;
·  Organizational skills: ability to manage and organize workload for herself/himself and for other team members they may look after, prioritize responsibilities, facilitate staying on track with the project;
·  Agile ways of working: such as DevSecOps skills;
·  Lead by example: sense of responsibility to self, team, and client; outstanding integrity, initiative, and passion; encourage high standards and inspire others to define new opportunities and continuously improve.
