Job description

Compensation and Benefits Specialist Responsibilities for BSC campaign management: • Support the Global BSC process by updating the BSC documents – BSC HR guidelines, employees’ flyer, etc. • Preparation of pro-rata On Target Bonus (OTB) file basis SAP data, getting it validated from Global Business Units - GBU/Global C&B and updating the same in MyCareer – the global Atos performance and bonus management tool based on Success Factors modules • Check Bonus Plan Indicator – BPI – and propose update to GBU C&B basis identified criteria and send request to update SAP accordingly • Check if the forms in MyCareer are created correctly as per Bonus Plan Indicator (BPI) • Share previous semester BSC structure and scope with HRBPs for validation and input on current structure and scope. Chase HRBPs for timely input • Assignment of collective KPIs basis inputs received • Enter achievements • Split files and update result on sharepoint • Enter performance appraisal rating in Senior Management forms (where Manager has missed entering) • Prepare payout file and get it validated as per defined governance • Validate the payroll cut-off dates and BSC goal plan criteria • Push forms in MyCareer to appropriate step • Generate BSC statement – individual online BSC – in MyCareer available to employees Responsibilities for BSC process reporting & analytics: • Objective assignment status report • Payout status report • Payout simulations for various scopes • Any other as per the need Key Qualifications: • Successfully completed studies (Graduate in Human Resources or Finance preferred) • Professional experience of up to 3 years. Experience in Compensation & Benefits would be an added advantage • A strong analytical mind and a strong motivation for figure-driven and Information Systems tasks • Good understanding of systems and all major MS Office applications (good Excel practice is mandatory) • Should be fluent in English, another language would be added advantage • High on integrity and confidentiality mindset • Excellent communication and social skills and ability to work in a matrix structure - across functional and international borders • Should possess a positive, open-minded, motivated and energetic personality • "Hands-on mentality" and able to handle volume during peak period
