Client Executive Partner - Health
The Atos Client Executive Partner for the Health Care Industry, is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, sourcing new customers, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The Client Executive Partner is the empowered Atos representative who manages the business relationship with the customer. His/her mission is to grow one or several Atos client accounts across the industry.
The Client Executive Partner will support the account management and sales functions with all facets of the business development lifecycle, including client needs identification and solutioning, the preparation of bids and tender responses, general requests for information and the development and growth of the Atos brand within Australia.
This position is based in Perth.
Main responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. and business stakeholders
· Understand clients' business objectives and challenges and be positioned as a business partner.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the organization.
· Be accountable for all dimensions of account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery
· Ensure the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations.
· Be responsible for the Client Satisfaction surveys.
Business Development:
· Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts, and new client accounts in the sector.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and expand the client base.
· contribute to the development and refresh of the overall strategy for the sector, develop and drive implementation of client solutions.
· Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.
· Ensure the timely follow up of communication and actions after every ‘sales’ activity.
· Support bid and tender responses
· Participate in sales campaigns based on targeted markets/solutions.
· Attending trade exhibitions, industry events and meetings
Financial and Business KPIs
Assume full end-to-end P&L accountability for relevant client account(s), and be responsible for:
· Order entry growth
· Total Revenue growth
· Project Margin
· Operating Margin
· Free Cash Flow (billing acceleration, overdue reduction, contract asset reduction)
· Customer satisfaction targets
Strategic Planning:
· Work closely with clients to understand their long-term goals and objectives.
· Develop strategic plans to align the organization's services with client needs.
· Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
Communication:
· Effectively communicate with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
· Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of client expectations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
· Several years of experience in client-facing roles, account management, or business development preferably in the health sector.
· Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Project management skills.
· Business acumen and a deep understanding of the industry.
Industry Knowledge:
· Familiarity / Experience in the Health Care industry and /or Health Support Services.
Leadership
· Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Key attributes:
· An experienced technology and (preferably) health professional, with an ability to drive customer engagement an satisfaction, and work well within a team to deliver results
· Strategic in mindset, but able to drive tactical outcomes wherever required
· A good communicator with highly developed, demonstrable writing skills
· Able to understand and manage interests of different stakeholders
· Able to maintain all ongoing reporting obligations
· Able to travel interstate and internationally as required (observing any Government restrictions)
· Able to prioritise and manage competing workloads to meet deadlines
· A detailed understanding of financial and commercial principles
· An experienced (15+ years) technology professional
· Health industry experience (min 2 years) (
