Client Continuity Manager with German

Job description

We are looking for a Client Continuity Manager with German to join our team in Romania!

 

 

Your job in a nutshell: 

 

The Client Continuity Manager will analyze customer requirements and will design, develop, and handle Business Continuity process for Atos clients, ensuring timely & complete deployment across entire account in line with existing deployment plans/deadlines. Within this role you will have to make sure that we have the initial BC plans, you will be responsible for maintaining them and guide the Atos teams to test the plans (real or desk test) and you will need to audit such plans to prove that they are indeed operational.

 

 

What will you be doing:

 

·  Conducting business impact assessment to identify key areas requiring risk mitigation, proposing mitigation actions and tracking status of risk and exceptions.
·  Regular meetings with the customer and global management to report on service delivery, review utilization, costs, funnel, escalations, and incidents.
·  Provide Management Information dashboards supporting service quality per KPI.
·  Leadership and active support for all contractual related activities such as development and review of continuity plans, defining of test strategies and facilitating DR Tests.
·  Creation of awareness within the organization in scope of the service and enabling of less experienced colleagues.
·  Ensure flawless delivery of service requirements measured through customer satisfaction.
·  Providing a central point of contact for service incidents/escalations (2nd Level) and providing recommendations for service-related issues, participating in resolution meetings.
·  Maintaining quality of service and participate in Service Improvement Initiatives.

 

 

Requirements:

 

·  Experience in IT Service Continuity, Business Continuity and Disaster recovery processes.
·  Minimum 3 years of experience working in an operational resilience and continuity role or a technical delivery role.
·  Lead auditor for 22301, BCMI certification or any similar.
·  Member of expert community a plus.
·  Experience in at least one of the following areas is a prerequisite for us: Business Continuity Plan; Disaster recovery plan; Risk Management; Training/ Simulations/ Tests; Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessments.
·  Able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, up to and including CXOs, within Atos, the Customer account team, suppliers and third parties, on a day-today basis. This communication will include face-to-face meetings, teleconferencing and presentations.
·  Self-motivated, tenacious and result orientated with ability to work efficiently in diverse, multi-national and virtual environments.
·  Proficiency in English and German.
