Changepoint Application Administrator

Job description

Technical administration, software development and updates of custom code of Changepoint application software
Provide guidance and usage insight of the application to project managers and teams
Coordinate Changepoint activities with client teams and resources
Ensure timely resolution of all production issues
Work with business to prioritize production implementation & change activities
Conduct or facilitate root-cause analysis on any Changepoint issues as needed
Act as a liaison between resources, business Dept. and onsite IT management
Identify application performance improvement initiatives and implement the same
Responsiveness to break fix-requests, code updates and enhancements
Application support and issue resolution
Plan, develop, Test, Pilot and implement and upgrade related activities as required
Oversee account creation and maintenance including service accounts/generic accounts associated with the application

Desired profile

Candidate will provide enhancement, development and administrative workflow support of ChangePoint Application. Should have 3 to 5 years professional experience with ChangePoint along with the following technologies:
Clarizen
NetSuite OpenAir PSA
Planview Enterprise
