Are you on the lookout for a new and exciting opportunity? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior or Junior Business Operations Analyst with German to join our team at the Big Data & Security business line!
Job Responsibilities:
· Preparation and creation of contract data (project creation, invoicing, project completion, project maintenance) including corresponding plausibility checks
· Creation of billing documents
· Support in the creation and analysis of project calculations in the offer process (fixed-price projects; internal and external suppliers; financing models, international issues)
· Contact person for internal audits and auditors in collaboration with the contract controller
· Preparation of the data relevant to the contract and presentation of the commercial status of the handled projects with low complexity
· Implementation of project management specifications in relation to selected business processes (such as order-to-cash; month-end-closing (MEC); project controlling). Preparation, consolidation, analysis of the monthly, quarterly, annual financial status report according to the reporting rules (including accruals, WIP status, order backlog, etc.), interpretation and discussion of results as part of discussions at department level
· Participation in forecasting and budgeting activities at project level
· Preparation and implementation of a clear project reporting for the supervised projects
· Support in the project-related investment and purchasing process for external and internal cross-company suppliers in one area (assigned customers)
Job Requirements:
· University degree (Bachelor) in accounting, finance or economics
· Working experience in relevant field or in accounting, auditing, controlling, finance or business operations
· Experience with system and software e.g. SAP, Excel, etc. is a plus
· Proficiency in German and English
· Strong Analytical Skills and high attention to detail
