Your responsibilities

· Conduct the following on behalf of BCM Manager;
· Disaster Recovery Exercise scheduling, in accordance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
· Disaster Recovery Exercise preparation, execution and reporting.
· Conduct Business Impact Analyses.
· Business Resumption Exercises, Preparedness of off-site location
· Reporting and lessons Learned on the above, create and implement plan to drive continuous improvement.
· Identify, Articulate, Manage Risks to DR Programme and Applications.
· Production of Disaster Recovery Plans to industry standards.
· Platform Stakeholder Analysis in support of Comms and Crisis Management planning.
· Monthly Reporting to Group and supervisory boards.
· End to End system mapping and critical asset identification.

· Provide Support to the BCM and Security Team in the delivery of;
· Crisis Management Testing, Exercising and Strategic Improvements.
· Crisis Management Personnel Training.
· Business Resumption Planning.
· NBB Compliance activities.
· Provision of evidence as required for audit.
· Identify, escalate and manage Security threats to Critical Platforms.
· Security and BCM Awareness campaigns.
· Security Investigations and Implementation of Remedial Actions.
· Other tasks as required by the Business Continuity Manager.
