Azure Full Stack Lead Developer (w/ AI and Java Script)

Job description

We are looking for  Azure Full Stack Lead Developer   with JavaScript  skills for web development  & Azure AI  cognitive services exposure to join our team. The hired candidate will become a senior-level developer who specializes in building, deploying, and managing applications on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform using full-stack development practices, which encompass both front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side) development. This role involves leadership and hands-on development work, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript as well as other programming languages and technologies as needed.

Main responsibilities:

·  Development: Lead Azure-based full-stack web development using JavaScript.
·  Team Leadership: Mentor team members, manage project objectives and timelines, and ensure quality.
·  Cognitive Services: Implement Azure Cognitive Services to enhance applications, with an emphasis on user experience.
·  Code Stewardship: Uphold code quality, manage GIT/Azure DevOps repositories, and review code.
·  Requirements Gathering: Analyse stakeholder needs, define technical specifications, and lead solution delivery.
·  Optimization: Streamline application performance for better scalability.
·  Innovation: Solve complex issues with creative technical solutions.
·  Vector Database Insight: Understand vector databases in conjunction with Azure AI for data efficiency.

 

Preferred Skills: 

·  Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with JavaScript frameworks. 
·  Formalised requirements capture. 
·  Exposure to Figma and or other wire framing technologies 
·  Strong experience with Azure cloud services, particularly in developing and deploying applications, Azure Web Apps, SSO integration. 
·  Experience with Azure Cognitive Services and implementing AI features. 
·  Exposure to Prompt Engineering ideal 
·  Proven leadership skills and experience in leading development teams. 
·  Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. 
·  Understanding of vector databases and their application in handling data. 
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction. 

 

Certifications (Optional): 

·  Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate 
·  Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
