Job description
Role purpose:
The Microsoft practice leader manages sales motions with our strategic partner Microsoft.
The Microsoft practice leader will develop opportunities for solutions and services based on Microsoft products. He will establish and promote the Microsoft based Atos portfolio on the Slovakian market and work together with international Atos colleagues and Microsoft to develop the portfolio further. This function is key for the adoption of Atos solutions based on Microsoft products in the market in synergy with other Atos Consulting and System Integration portfolio.
The Microsoft practice leader will develop and foster the collaboration and common business development with Microsoft. He will develop a unique position of Atos as a preferred Microsoft business partner by driving this collaboration and by driving the Microsoft specific sales opportunities.
As Microsoft partner, Atos should provide Microsoft the best opportunity to grow its market share and solve customer business issues with Microsoft technology with focus on deployment.
Responsibilities:
Build a clear vision of an Atos solution portfolio that is based on Microsoft products
Build and execute the Go To Market approach for mutual success of Atos and Microsoft
Develop strong and capable partners to achieve sales targets (e.g. channel incentives, pipeline management and execution of Solution Plans)
Develop Sales Capacity and Capabilities for Microsoft Portfolio
Drive Sales Management and Execution with all stakeholders in and outside Atos
Create a milestone driven business plan and strong relationship with Microsoft (e.g. Planning ROB and Partner Recognition)
Self-Development – continuous investment in self-learning and development
Participate in key roles of projects as consultant, architect, or delivery manager, if suitable for overall success of project / business
Coordinate or manage team of specialists
Desired profile
Requirements:
5+ years’ of related experience:
Microsoft product knowledge with the ability to apply it for the benefit of Atos and its customers
Strong sales and marketing execution experience
Relevant skills in area of consulting and service delivery
Outstanding communications skills, both internal and external audiences
Cross-group leadership and alliance building
Executive presence and ability to lead through influence
Result driven mind set
Deep understanding of channel models
An uncompromising commitment to customer & partner satisfaction
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent Slovak and English language knowledge
