Position Responsibilities :
· Prepares financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
· Prepares monthly financial reports such as Balance sheet, WIP & DI, GRIR, OPEX report.
· Prepares quarterly supplier accrual data for landing call.
· Prepares monthly Fixed Asset report for service line.
· Prepares exchange rate file monthly based on the file from Group reporting.
· Performs other duties as required.
· Prepares monthly reconciliations for BS codes & entity.
· Prepares working capital and cash flow report monthly to the management for decision making purposes.
· Prepares Commercial dashboard for the management to compare the numbers with their reports.
· Preparing and sending out various UK statutory survey forms (monthly, quarterly and yearly forms).
· Handling any Ad-Hoc Reports
· Should have the ability to handle queries in the reports we publish as far as possible.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field.
· Typically requires 3 to 7 years business related experience.
· Must be able to make decisions and solve problems that are general in nature and for which there are precedents.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Excellent time management skills.
· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and able to handle VBA macros.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
· Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
· Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivate
