Qualifications

The purpose of the role is to consistently provide high-level adminstrative support and coordination to employees delivering Account and Program Management services to Atos clients. Employees in this role must be brilliant at the basics and display behaviours highly valued by our clients, especially task ownership and proactivity.

Provides support to Account Service Teams in the following key areas:

- Maintain generic account/program management standards, processes and procedures and make and implement suggestions for improvement, where appropriate;
- Support the setting up of individual account/program processes and procedures;
- Support the use of risk and issues tracking and analysis tools and techniques;
Evaluate acocunt/program performance against metrics and financial measures and report these to management;
Support the reporting processes;
Servicing of account/program control boards, assurance teams and quality review meetings;
- Administration of change control including use of tools
- Reporting : Produces real time and accurate reporting where required

Essential:
- Familiar with the Atos account/project lifecycle and ICT projects;
- Proven ability to work as part of a dedicated team and to take instruction;
- Aware of project management tools by automating mechanical tasks, scheduling, resourcing and time recording;
- Proven knowledge of change management and an understanding of change management terminology;
- Familiar with standard risks and issues in an account/project;

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office;
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Visio and Powerpoint;
- Experience with understanding the metrics associated with a problem and identifying suitable solutions to this problem;
- Strong skills in the manipulation of data and the use of formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Continuous Improvement / Process and Service Improvement: Identify resolution gaps

Desirable:
- Internal risk management training;
- Degree educated or equivalent;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Visio, MS Project Office and Powerpoint;
- Prince2 foundation;
- Internal CIP training;
- Familiar with internal processes such as BMS, workforce management and WBS codes.
