Software Automation with Arago HIRO. Creation of KI’s “Knowledge Items” which are small individual pieces of knowledge which teach HIRO how to solve problems. Combinations of these KI’s help HIRO decide which items it needs to use to create a solution to a specific problem.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Network device background. Routers (Core, Edge and Gateway), Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Concentrators, Wireless Controllers and AP’s, DNS/DHCP, UPS, Aruba devices, and Voice devices, Linux and Windows 7 servers and above.
· Working knowledge of XML, Regex, JavaScript, Json and Rest API creation.
· Working knowledge of Databases, CMDB, and Network device Configuration files.
· Network protocols.
· RedHat Linux OS 6.9 Windows 7 servers and above.
· Working Knowledge of HA systems. Uni-directional development between NetCool, SevOne, HP OMi, Cisco Prime,
· Working Knowledge of Hadoop and Cassandra Technologies.
· Working Knowledge of API development, REST API, SSH 1 and 2.
· Working knowledge of WinRM Action Handles.
· Good writing skills
· Self-starter. Ability to work with others in a dynamic environment interpreting SME requirements into KI’s.
· BS computer Science or programming in JavaScript, Jason and XML. Minimum of 5 yeas equivalent experience in industry.

Preferred Skills

XML, JavaScript, Json, REST API, Linux OS. Good writing skills and self-starter.
