Responsible for Country Cluster Quality and Industry Operations Quality for APAC Country Cluster.

Country Cluster Quality - Responsible for AIMS, MSO, Document Management, ISO MSC, Facilitate for Audit Findings Closure, Management Review, RBU Continual Improvement and Monitor Quality Management System.

Industry Operations Quality - Responsible to Manage Quality Management support for CC Accounts, Manage QMiA/Industry OPS QM support, Reporting & Governance, Continual Service Improvement, Support for BIDs, Tactical CSAT Surveys and Complaints.

Here below what has been defined in our EMS Roles & Responsibility document (here) to become an EMS Manager.

The 3 levels of training are needed, and we recommend also to be trained externally.

 

-              Atos Group Environmental Program & EMS compliance training (level 1) (A9S0016475 on My Learning)

-              EMS Expert training (level 2) (A9S0015804 on My Learning)

-              ISO 14001 Mentorship training (level 3) Group Environmental Management System - Global Environment Management System (Public) - Published Documents (sharepoint.com)

-              External ISO 14001 training by a certification body recommended

Skills / experience:  environmental sciences or management

Project & quality management experience or skills

 

Experience level - 3-5 years
